Intellectual Property a) All content on our Habbo Retro Hotel, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. b) You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content on our Habbo Retro Hotel without our prior written consent.

4. Termination a) We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to our Habbo Retro Hotel at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these TOS. b) Upon termination of your account, all virtual items and currency associated with your account will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties a) Our Habbo Retro Hotel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. b) We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. c) We are not responsible for any user-generated content on our Habbo Retro Hotel, and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content.

6. Limitation of Liability a) In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Habbo Retro Hotel, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. b) Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform shall not exceed the amount of virtual currency associated with your account.

      any time, and any such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on our Habbo Retro Hotel or notifying you by email. b) Your continued use of our platform after any such modifications constitute your acceptance of the modified TOS.

      9. Severability a) If any provision of these TOS is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these TOS, which shall remain in full force and effect.
